The section includes an archive of all of the work carried out by CESR to provide technical advice to assist the European Commission in the development of the proposals for a MiFID Directive. It therefore reflects CESR’s role in providing technical advice to the European Commission in a Level 2 capacity (under the Lamfalussy process).
