This section includes an archive of all the work carried out by CESR to provide technical advice in a Level 2 capacity, the European Commission during the development of the MAD Directive. Further work undertaken to ensure convergent implement of the Directive has been undertaken by CESR Pol.the ‘accepted market practices’ regime, the co-ordination of cross-border investigations and the enhancement of co-operation.
